What Purpletheories Garage Doors Is
Purpletheories Garage Doors is a referral service for homeowners in Port Orchard and the Port Orchard area. We connect you with independent local garage door providers. That is the whole job. We do not repair, install or haul away anything.
Why This Exists
A garage door problem is easy to put off. Then the search starts, and it eats your evening. Which company? Who is nearby? Who even does springs? We built this to cut the searching. Less hunting means you can fix it small, before it grows.
The idea behind the site is simple. A sound door protects the house. It keeps rain off the framing, keeps tools and boxes dry, and helps a home hold its value when it is time to sell.
How the Match Works
You tell us what the door is doing. Maybe it sticks, shakes, or sits crooked on one side. Maybe you want a new garage door opener or a whole new door. We point you to a provider in your area who handles that kind of job.
From there, you deal with the provider directly. They set the visit, give a written quote and do the work. You decide whether to go ahead. There is no obligation.
What We Ask of Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to be clear about pricing, to explain the problem in plain words, and to show up when they say they will. We also ask them to treat your home with care.
What We Do Not Do
We do not do the work. We do not set prices. We do not promise a specific arrival time, because that depends on each provider. We also do not tell you what your insurance will pay. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
Know Where to Stop
We like a handy homeowner. Wiping tracks, tightening loose hardware and checking for debris are fair jobs for a weekend. Springs, cables and a door that is off its track are different. Those hold a lot of force. Stop and bring in a pro.
How Purpletheories Garage Doors Earns Money
Providers in the network may pay Purpletheories Garage Doors for referrals. You do not pay us to be connected. Your quote comes from the provider, and it is yours to accept or turn down.
