You are welcome to contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work, and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Purpletheories Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may involve contacting the provider. We reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
